About Me…

Learning and Development Consultant| Bulldog Lover

Hello! I’m Kellie…

My background includes business, project management, marketing, risk, hard work, and determination. I landed in the Real Estate industry as it was facing one of the worst financial crises since the Great Depression.

As a top producing Real Estate Broker in New Mexico, I learned the skills necessary to successfully consult with and negotiate with clients. I was often looked to as an expert in the real estate industry, contributing my expertise to publications like Inman News.

With a passion for learning, my goal is to help organizations succeed. I aim to be different and unique while making a measurable impact on adult learners. I am skilled in instructional design, organizational development, and training techniques. I strive to develop training and lead organizations in a fresh and innovative manner.

I am involved in my local community as I support animal welfare. I am also actively involved with the Association for Talent Development, New Mexico.

I am a reformed “desert dweller” growing up in Arizona and relocating to New Mexico in 2005. I call Albuquerque home where an 8-year-old English Bulldog named “Momo” calls the shots.

Mission and Professional Goal…

“To make a measurable difference in the way small businesses learn, lead others and positively contribute to the people they serve.”

“Thanks for consistently providing great information and all you do.” Jessica C. 2018
